LONDON-- Premier Veterinary Group PLC (PVG.LN) Monday said it has signed a cooperation agreement for its preventative pet healthcare program in the Netherlands with animal healthcare company Zoetis Inc. (ZTS).

Premier shares at 0942 GMT, unchanged at 150 pence valuing the company at GBP22.4 million.
