Square Inc. (SQ) head of payments Mary Kay Bowman is joining Visa Inc. (V) as head of seller solutions.

Ms. Bowman joined Square from Amazon.com Inc. (AMZN) in 2015.

Visa said Ms. Bowman "will lead Visa's strategy for acceptance products and solutions, driving the design, development and delivery of new services and solutions" to "transform the payment experience."
