VF Corp. (VFC) on Tuesday said it will review strategic alternatives for the occupational portion of its work segment, which accounted for about $865 million of revenue in fiscal 2019.

The Denver apparel maker said the brands and businesses under review include Red Kap, VF Solutions, Bulwark, Workrite, Walls, Terra, Kodiak, Work Authority and Horace Small.

VF Corp. said it will retain its Dickies and Timberland PRO brands, adding that it is targeting a simplified portfolio of higher-growth, consumer-focused brands.

VF said it has hired Barclays as its financial adviser to assist with the review.
