LONDON--Unilever PLC (ULVR.LN) said Monday it has issued bonds worth of 350 million pounds ($421.7 million) to use for general corporate purposes.

The bonds are priced at a fixed rate of 1.13% and are due to expire in February of 2022, the company said.

Shares closed Monday at 3224 pence.
