Fixed-income investment: NT$13.5 billion of acquisition.
Equity investment: US$0.1 billion of acquisition.
Machinery equipment: NT$1.3 billion of disposition.

4.The capital appropriations approved by TSMC board of directors:
Machinery equipment for advanced technology capacity: USD84 million.
Machinery equipment for advanced packaging, mature and specialty technology capacity: USD1,600 million.
Machinery equipment for R&D capital investments and sustaining capital expenditures: USD2,194 million.
Real estate and capitalized leased assets: USD464 million.
