Sherwin-Williams Lead Director John Stropki Dies

Sherwin-Williams Co. (SHW) on Monday said its lead director,
John Stropki, died suddenly Saturday at the age of 68.
Mr. Stropki, who joined the board of the Cleveland paint maker
in July 2009, had been lead director since April 2015.
Mr. Stropki a former chairman, president and chief executive of
Lincoln Electric Holdings Inc. (LECO), spent 41 years at the maker
of welding equipment before retiring in 2013.
