RehabCare Group, Inc. ("the Company") held its annual meeting of stockholders on May 4, 2010. In connection with the meeting, proxies were solicited pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Following are the voting results on proposals considered and voted upon at the meeting, all of which were described in the Company’s Proxy Statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 23, 2010.
