Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 24, 2023, Performance Food Group Company (the “Company”) filed a Form 8-K reporting the planned retirement of Christine Vlahcevic from her position as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the Company, following a transition period, but no later than December 31, 2023. On August 11, 2023, the Company filed a Form 8-K reporting the appointment of Chasity Grosh to serve as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the Company following the end of the transition period.

On November 28, 2023, Ms. Vlahcevic notified the Company that she will retire on November 30, 2023. Ms. Grosh’s appointment as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer will be effective November 30, 2023.
