Motorola Solutions Inc. (MSI) said Monday it acquired VaaS International Holdings Inc. for $445 million in cash and equity.

VaaS, based in Livermore, Calif., and Fort Worth, Texas, provides data and image analytics for vehicle location. The company's 2019 revenue is expected to be around $100 million, Motorola said.

Motorola said the acquisition will expand its command-center software portfolio.

Motorola Solutions shares were down 0.3% to $115.24 Monday morning.
