Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On November 6, 2019, NexTier Oilfield Solutions Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing results for the quarter ending September 30, 2019. A copy of the news release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated into this Item 2.02.

On November 7, 2019, the Company will hold a conference call at 7:30 a.m. Central Time (8:30 a.m. Eastern Time) to discuss the Company’s third quarter 2019 results.
