Represents two separate RSU grants the reporting person received prior to becoming a Section 16 officer. On September 25, 2018, the reporting person was granted 1,050 Restricted Stock Units vesting in four equal annual installments, beginning on April 30, 2019, and are subject to forfeiture under the terms and conditions of the grant.
