Invitation Homes Receives Credit Rating Upgrade to ‘Baa2’ from Moody’s

Invitation Homes Inc. (NYSE: INVH) (“Invitation Homes” or the
“Company”), the nation’s premier single-family home leasing and
management company, announced today that Moody’s Investors Service
(“Moody’s”) upgraded the Company’s issuer and issue-level credit
ratings to ‘Baa2’ from ‘Baa3’ with a stable outlook.
According to Moody’s published report, the upgraded rating
reflects Invitation Homes’ solid operating performance and
reduction in overall leverage and secured debt levels. Moody’s
further elaborated that Invitation Homes’ credit profile benefits
from its scale, high-quality portfolio, and expansive operating
platform that helps drive stable earnings.
