Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 30, 2022, Mr. Robin Watson was appointed to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Honeywell International Inc. (the “Company”) effective as of October 1, 2022. He will receive compensation as a committee member in accordance with the Company's previously-disclosed non-employee director compensation practices.
