Aetna Looking to Shed Some Coventry Assets -Reuters

Aetna Inc. (AET), which last year bought fellow insurer Coventry
Health Care Inc. for $5.6 billion, now is looking to sell that
company's workers' compensation business, Reuters reported Tuesday
on its website, citing people familiar with the matter.
Aetna has hired Bank of America Merrill Lynch to assist on a
sale process for the business, worth as much as $1.5 billion, the
people said.
Aetna and Bank of America Merrill Lynch declined comment to
Reuters.
