Alltel�s (NYSE:AT) board of directors today declared regular quarterly dividends on the company�s common stock. The 12 1/2 cent dividend is payable Oct. 3, 2007, to stockholders of record as of Sept. 7, 2007. Regular quarterly dividends also were declared on all series of the company�s preferred stock. Preferred dividends are payable Sept. 15, 2007, to stockholders of record as of Aug. 24, 2007.
