Alliance Gaming Announces Bally Casino Management System Goes Live at Barona Valley Ranch Resort & Casino LAS VEGAS, July 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Alliance Gaming Corp. (NYSE:AGI) announced today that its Bally Gaming and Systems business unit has gone live with an advanced casino management system at California's Barona Valley Ranch Resort and Casino from the Company's ACSC(TM) Product Group. The San Diego-area resort already utilizes the Bally SDS(R) product for its slot accounting and single-wire ticketing, but the casino chose to displace a competitive system to install the ACSC CMS casino management system for the player tracking, customer service and data integration benefits. Barona Valley Ranch also runs the Bally eTICKET(TM) single-wire ticket-in, ticket-out solution, making the resort one of the more than 90 North American casino locations covering more than 83,000 slot machines with eTICKET. The ACSC solution allows for the consolidation of player ratings for slots, tables and other gaming activity, a composite data base loyalty program, operational control of all casino operations, including slots, table game pits, cage / cashier and accounting functions, along with advanced complimentary issuance and control. The ACSC system also creates an advanced level of integration between the gaming floor, which includes 2,000 slots and more than 60 table games, and all of the resort and hospitality functions, including hotel, food and beverage, spa and golf activities.
