Witness Systems Announces 2006 North American Customer Advisory Committee; Customers Unite to Drive Workforce Optimization Indus

Witness Systems (NASDAQ: WITS), a leading global provider of
workforce optimization software and services, today announced its
North American Customer Advisory Committee (CAC) for 2006. The
committee is comprised of customers from a variety of vertical
markets - such as the financial services, automotive, insurance and
telecommunications industries - that leverage Witness Systems'
workforce optimization solutions as an integral part of their
business. Serving as advocates for and liaisons with Witness
Systems' customers, the CAC works with the company by taking part
in joint development solution and usability sessions. During these
sessions, participants learn how to improve their own contact
centers by using workforce optimization solutions to generate
revenue, improve staff productivity, and enhance customer retention
and loyalty. The CAC delivers valuable feedback and insight for
future product features, functionality and new solutions and
services. Further, the committee will host Witness Systems' Driving
Innovation user conference, which is scheduled for May 7-10, 2006
at the Westin Harbour Castle in Toronto, Canada. Members of the

experience, Dennis has worked in a variety of rolls within the
workforce management industry - inbound customer service
representative (CSR), outbound sales, team supervisor, operations
manager and site director. During a typical day at Asurion, Dennis
manages real time events for five centers with more than 1,700
CSR's, forecasts and schedules 17 different campaigns and oversees
