announced public offering of 5,800,000 shares of common stock.
Wintrust received net proceeds of approximately
$182.9 million, after deducting underwriting discounts and
commissions and estimated offering expenses. Wintrust has also
granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an
additional 870,000 shares at the same price to cover
over-allotments, if any.
BofA Merrill Lynch and RBC Capital Markets Corporation are
acting as joint book-running managers for the

acting as co-managers for the offering.
