The TriZetto Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: TZIX) today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-3 with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which automatically became effective upon filing. The registration statement relates to the resale by holders of TriZetto�s 1.125% Convertible Senior Notes due 2012, and the shares of TriZetto�s common stock issuable upon conversion of the Notes. TriZetto�s initial issuance of the Notes in a private placement, in an aggregate principal amount of $230 million, was completed on April 17, 2007.
