Preferred Bank Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

Preferred Bank (NASDAQ: PFBC), one of the largest
independent commercial banks in California, today reported that the
Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.70
per share, payable on April 5, 2024 to holders of record on April
19, 2024.
