Explanation of Responses:
(1)	The Reporting Person was granted 15,000 shares of restricted stock under the Issuer's 2020 Stock Plan. Such shares will vest in five installments: 3,000 shares on each of December 31, 2021, December 31, 2022, December 31, 2023, December 31, 2024, and December 31, 2025, or upon a change of control event.

Remarks:
On September 22, 2021, the Reporting Person was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of Patriot Bank, N.A., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Issuer.
