(Creative), today announced that Creative has been awarded an initial five year contract starting at $1,350,000 by New York State's Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) Addiction Treatment Centers (ATC's). The contract covers licensing, services and maintenance of Creative's electronic health record, the Avatar CWS, in an Application Service Provider (ASP) delivery environment. This is the second contract Creative has with OASAS. The other contract is for the New York State Methadone Registry.
