Sky-mobi to Present at the Global Mobile Game Congress ("GMGC") 2015

Sky-mobi Limited ("Sky-mobi" or the "Company") (Nasdaq:MOBI), a

today announced that the Company will be presenting at the Global
Mobile Game Congress ("GMGC") 2015, the largest and fastest growing
mobile game event in China, on April 24-25, 2015 in Beijing, China.
At GMGC 2015, Sky-mobi will present its new open-source game
platform, Zimon, which offers seamlessly integrated payment
functions, offline marketing solutions and data analytics tools. As
a product of years of research and development, this innovative
integrated platform will help content providers and small and
medium-sized developers streamline their product promotions on
Sky-mobi's massive mobile application platform. Additionally, such
integrated functionality demonstrates the Company's strong mobile
game publishing capabilities after upgrading its open-source game
platform.
