LCA-Vision Announces Share Repurchase Program Board of Directors Authorizes the Company to Buy Back up to One Million Shares CINCINNATI, May 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- LCA-Vision Inc. (NASDAQ:LCAV), a leading provider of laser vision correction services under the LasikPlus brand, announced today that its Board of Directors authorized the company to repurchase up to one million shares of its common stock, or approximately 5% of the shares currently outstanding. The share repurchases will be made from time to time in both open market and private transactions, as market conditions merit. As of March 31, 2005, the company had 20,292,434 shares of common stock outstanding, and cash and cash equivalents totaled approximately $100.1 million. Stephen N.
