Manatron President and CEO Paul Sylvester, commented, "This completes one of the most systematic selection processes we have ever been involved with, which started well over a year ago. The City of Virginia Beach did a lot of research and followed a very detailed, specific RFP process to ensure that they found the best partner and solution for their needs. I am very pleased that our company and our GRM solution came out on top when they were compared to other options.
