Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 11, 2021, Jamf Holding Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2021. In the press release, the Company also announced that it will hold a conference call on November 11, 2021 to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2021. The full text of the press release and the earnings transcript from the Company’s earnings call are furnished herewith as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference.
