On March 9, 2020, Gulf Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the receipt of an additional governmental notification to resume production of the Company’s bromine factories No. 1, No. 4, No. 7 and No. 9 in Shouguang, Shandong Province, China.
