On March 27, 2018, Francesca’s Holdings Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its consolidated financial results for the fiscal fourth quarter and fiscal year ended February 3, 2018. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
