On August 14, 2013, eLong, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its second quarter 2013 unaudited financial results. The Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. In addition, on August 15, 2013 (Beijing time), the Company’s management team hosted a conference call to discuss the press release.
