Elbit Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ and TASE: ESLT)
("Elbit Systems") announced the settlement of the lawsuit against
Credit Suisse Group that was described in Item 8 - Financial
Information - Legal Proceedings, in Elbit Systems' Form 20-F for
fiscal year 2012.
Pursuant to the settlement, Elbit Systems will withdraw its
lawsuit in return for the payment of an undisclosed amount.
