Corporation has appointed David
Kaiser to the position of Senior Vice President. In this
role, he will have overall responsibility for the corporation's
lending function.
Mr. Kaiser will continue to serve as Chief Credit Officer and
Executive Vice President for Glens Falls National Bank and Trust
Company, Arrow's lead subsidiary.
He joined the Company in 2001 and has more than 30 years of
commercial lending experience in the Capital Region. In 2011, Mr.
Kaiser was named Chief Credit Officer for Glens Falls National
Bank, followed by a promotion to Executive Vice President for the
Bank in 2012.
Mr. Kaiser has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration
from Siena College. Active in the
community, he is a board member for the Prospect Child and Family
Center, Treasurer for the Glen at Hiland Meadows, and an Assistant
Scoutmaster for Boy Scouts Troop #4. He is also a member of the
Fort Hudson Health System Capital Campaign Committee, the Warren
County Local Development Corporation Loan Review Committee, and the
Our Lady of the Annunciation Finance Committee.
