Amtech Receives Repeat Order for Its SEMI Compliant Fully Automated Hi-Temp 300mm Clustered HTR Diffusion Furnace

Amtech Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASYS), a manufacturer of capital
equipment, including thermal processing and wafer polishing, and
related consumables used in fabricating semiconductor devices, such
as silicon carbide (SiC) and silicon power chips, electronic
assemblies and light-emitting diodes (LEDs), announced today that
its subsidiary, Bruce Technologies, Inc., has received a
significant repeat order for its full 300mm clustered HTR diffusion
furnace from a top-tier global power semiconductor customer,
further expanding its power semiconductor installed base. The
furnace is expected to ship in early calendar 2021.
