Exor Director Resigns From Kering Board to Prevent Conflict of Interest

Ginevra Elkann has resigned from Kering's board of directors
after changing roles within Elkann family holding company Exor NV,
the French luxury-goods group said Tuesday.
The resignation is effective Tuesday, and aims to avoid any
conflict of interests, Kering said in a release. The company will
consider a possible replacement for Ms. Elkann in the coming weeks,
it added.
According to Exor's website, Ms. Elkann is a nonexecutive
director. The company didn't immediately respond to a request for
comment.
