Engie to Sell Maintenance Subsidiary at 'Negative Price' -Le Figaro

--French energy company Engie SA is set to sell its nuclear- and
industrial-maintenance arm Endel to Altrad Group, daily Le Figaro
reports, citing people familiar with the matter.
--The sale would be for a "negative price," with Engie paying
investment company Altrad to take struggling Endel off its hands,
Le Figaro reports. The deal has the backing of the French state, a
stakeholder in Engie, according to the people.
--Engie didn't immediately respond to a request for comment by
The Wall Street Journal.
