Grant of Sharesave options and notification and public
disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial
responsibilities and persons closely associated with them in
accordance with the Market Abuse Regulations
James Fisher and Sons plc ("James Fisher") was notified that on
21 October 2020, options were granted under the James Fisher and
Sons plc 2015 Sharesave Scheme. The Sharesave Scheme is an
all-employee share plan and executive directors are eligible to
