ValueRich, Inc. (AMEX:IVA) a finance and media company that operates online and offline properties for public and private companies announced today a consulting agreement with Xi�an Qinba Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. of China. Under the terms of the agreement, ValueRich will act as a strategic consultant to Qinba Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in its pursuit to become a fully reporting, compliant, publicly traded company with its common stock listed on the OTC Bulletin Board. The consulting agreement provides that ValueRich services will include assisting Qinba in the identification and engagement of a U.S. based securities firm and a qualified auditor as well as assisting Qinba with the SEC listing requirements and its application for a trading symbol on the OTC BB. ValueRich is not required to raise funds in connection with the Qinba registration and listing efforts.
