Regulation FD Disclosure

On September 6, 2022, Imperial Oil Limited (the “company”)
announced by means of a press release a long-term contract with Air
Products (NYSE: APD) to supply low-carbon hydrogen for the company’s
proposed renewable diesel complex at its Strathcona refinery near
Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. A copy of the press release is attached
as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
