A person familiar with operations at BP's (BP, BP.LN) Texas
City, Texas, refinery on April 28 said the refinery awaits final

following a mechanical failure that was discovered on April 22.

under way at unspecified processing units at its Carson, Calif.,

Corpus Christi, Texas, refinery returned to normal following a
power outage on April 19.
