The interactive locator utilizes the most current technology to provide easy access to information about Esso retail site locations across Canada and Exxon and Mobil sites in the United States. The feature provides an improved user experience by utilizing state-of-the-art Google mapping technology and free-form, dynamic searching capability. Customers can easily plan a driving route that identifies all Esso, Exxon and Mobil branded stations in North America. Additional enhancements include turn-by-turn driving directions, real-time traffic reports, and the ability to find services such as On the Run convenience stores, Tim Hortons, diesel fuel, ATMs, or a car wash. The new Esso station locator also introduces an exciting feature that will allow customers to download station locations to their GPS devices directly from the website. The download feature is compatible with leading consumer GPS devices, including Garmin, TomTom and Magellan. The site features simple instructions and a video tutorial.
