Catcha Investment Corp (the “Company”) has determined that it requires more time to review the information included in the Unaudited Interim Report, and is therefore unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2023 (the “Q1 2023 Form 10-Q”) by the prescribed due date. The Company is working diligently to complete the Q1 2023 Form 10-Q as soon as possible and anticipates that it will be able to do so within the extension period of five calendar days following May 15, 2023, the prescribed due date, provided under Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
