           Further re Acquisition, Additional Listing and Name Change


Further to the announcement made on 2 June 2003, Propan Homes plc announces that
it has completed the acquisition of Honeygrove Holdings Limited.

Admission of the 21,000,000 new ordinary shares, which form part of the
acquisition consideration, are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 24
June 2003.

In addition, as announced on 10 April 2003, the Company has changed its name to
Honeygrove Group plc.

The Company will announce its interim results for the six months to 30 March
2003 by 30 June 2003.
