On February 22, 2024, Boxlight Corporation, a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release to announce it will hold a conference call to announce its Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2023 financial results on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
