On January 24, 2024, Public Service Enterprise Group Incorporated (“PSEG” or the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Original 8-K Filing”), disclosing the election of Ricardo G. Pérez to its Board of Directors, effective on January 22, 2024. Committee assignments for Mr. Pérez had not been determined at the time of the Original 8-K Filing. This Current Report on Form 8-K/A amends the Original 8-K Filing to report Mr. Pérez’s appointment as a member of two committees of the Board of Directors.

On February 13, 2024, the PSEG Board of Directors, upon the recommendation of the Governance, Nominating and Sustainability (GNS) Committee, appointed Ricardo G. Pérez to the GNS Committee and the Industrial Operations Committee, effective immediately.
