On January 22, 2024, Siyata Mobile Inc., a British
Columbia (Canada) company (“Siyata” or the “Company”) that is a global vendor of Push-to-Talk over Cellular devices
and of cellular signal booster systems, issued a press release announcing that CTS Mobility, LTD, a recognized leader in the mobile communications
space, is now a distributor of Siyata's mission-critical PoC (MCPTT) SD7 solution and its broad range of accessories.
