Item 8.01 Other Events.

On January 3, 2024, Singlepoint Inc. issued a press release (a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1) announcing that its subsidiary The Boston Solar Company LLC has been chosen by Energizer Holdings, Inc. to be the first domestic renewable energy company in the United States to offer Energizer Solar products.
