Signifi Mobile, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Siyata Mobile Inc. (Nasdaq: SYTA/SYTAW) (“Siyata” or the “Company”), a global vendor of Push-to-Talk over Cellular (“PoC”) devices and cellular signal booster systems, has entered into financing agreements, to assist in both funding purchase orders and in factoring receivables, with one of the largest factor and finance companies in the U.S.
