Item 8.01 Other Events.

On October 12, 2023, Hanmi Bank (the “Bank”), the wholly-owned subsidiary of Hanmi Financial Corporation, announced it received a Community Reinvestment Act rating from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (the “FDIC”) of “Satisfactory” for the period from May 31, 2021 to June 5, 2023. The improved rating recognizes the Bank’s efforts over the past two years.
