Regulation FD Disclosure.

Sanara MedTech Inc. (the “Company”) is furnishing a copy of an investor presentation (the “Presentation”) that the Company intends to use, in whole or in part, during the Company’s presentation at the MicroCapClub Leadership Summit to be held in Chicago, Illinois on September 20, 2023 and the Cantor Fitzgerald Global Healthcare Conference to be held in New York, New York on September 26, 2023. A copy of the Presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
