Resignation of Director

On August 7, 2023, Patrick Morris submitted to the Chairman of the Board, a notice of resignation from his position as a director of the Company, with such resignation to be effective immediately. The Chairman has accepted his resignation. The resignation of Patrick Morris did not result from any disagreement with the Board.
