Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On July 31, 2023, the Company issued a press release announcing that it had successfully completed the acquisition of a real estate holding company with a 250,000 square foot industrial facility, located within a 25-acre property located in Georgia. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
